Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (JIPP) operates under a full open access model, ensuring that all published content is freely and permanently accessible online immediately upon publication, without any subscription or embargo.

All articles published in JIPP are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided that the original author(s) and source are properly credited.

Under this open access policy, users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to the full texts of articles, or use them for any lawful purpose without prior permission from the publisher or the author, in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access.

JIPP does not impose any embargo period. All content is made available immediately after publication to support the rapid dissemination of knowledge and to maximize the visibility, accessibility, and impact of scholarly work in education, training, and human resource development.
