Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (JIPP) is an international, peer-reviewed journal that publishes high-quality scholarly works in the fields of education, training, and human resource development. The journal focuses on advancing interdisciplinary knowledge and evidence-based practices that address contemporary challenges in learning systems across global contexts.
