About JPPM
Jurnal Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (JPPM) prioritizes the publication of high-quality original research articles and community engagement (service-learning) papers that contribute to sustainable social, economic, and cultural development. The journal emphasizes interdisciplinary approaches that integrate scientific knowledge, technological innovation, and community-based practices to address real-world challenges and enhance societal well-being.
Manuscripts may be written in either English or Bahasa Indonesia. Submissions in English must adhere to international academic writing standards, while manuscripts in Bahasa Indonesia must follow the official Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia (EBI).
All manuscripts must be prepared using Calibri font size 12, 1.15 line spacing, on A4 paper, with a length of 4,000–8,000 words. Files must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by other journals. Manuscripts are screened using Turnitin plagiarism detection software, with a maximum similarity index of 20%.

3. Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
a. Article Structure
- Title (clear, concise, and reflective of the study)
- Abstract (150–250 words, including purpose, methods, results, and contribution)
- Keywords (5–7 words)
- Introduction (background, research gap, objectives, and contribution to sustainable development)
- Methods (research design, data collection, and analysis techniques)
- Results and Discussion (findings integrated with critical analysis and relevant literature)
- Conclusion (key findings, implications, and recommendations)
- References

c. Citation & Reference Style
JPPM uses APA Style 7th Edition. Authors are strongly encouraged to use reference management tools such as Mendeley or Zotero.

- At least 80% from primary sources (journals, books, proceedings)

The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools must be disclosed transparently by authors. AI may only be used to assist in language editing or technical support and must not replace human intellectual contribution.

10. Plagiarism Policy
All manuscripts are screened using Turnitin. Submissions exceeding the similarity threshold (20%) will be rejected or returned for revision.

11. Author Responsibilities
- All listed authors must have made significant contributions to the manuscript
- No ghostwriting or honorary authorship is permitted
- All data must be accurate, valid, and verifiable
- Authors are responsible for the integrity of their work
12. Revision and Resubmission
Authors must submit revised manuscripts through OJS along with a detailed response to reviewers’ comments.

13. Final Proof and Publication
Authors will receive a final proof prior to publication. Only minor corrections (typographical or formatting errors) are permitted at this stage.
